LLU Diet Manual

(PDF) Lists the vegetarian resources available through the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, School of Allied Health Professions, Loma Linda University. Order blank for the Loma Linda University Diet Manual: A handbook supporting vegetarian nutrition.

The LLU Diet Manual, a handbook supporting vegetarian nutrition, edited by Georgia Hodgkin, EdD, RD, FADA, and Susan Maloney, MS, RD, is available for purchase. The manual with CD is $95 plus $8 shipping and handling. The CD is intended for use on a single computer. Intranet copies may be purchased for $250 for use on up to five computers.
