On specified Tuesdays, Allied Health students and Faculty can be found at Lunch Power enjoying a healthy, delicious meal and listening to topics of inspiration, wellness, service or health. Lunch Power offers time to reflect and provides a sense of community where students from all programs can come together in one place, and is often remembered by students as one of their fondest school memories.
The tradition began in the 1990's when nutrition and dietetic students were required to prepare meals for large groups as part of their program curriculum.
The meal is sponsored by the Dean of the School of Allied Health at no cost to Allied Health Students.
