An online dietary management program is available for individuals who desire a dietary management position in health care and/or school food services.  For further information go to www.dietarymangeronline.com. The minimum completion time for this program is about 4 months: however you are allowed to take up to a year to complete the program if needed.

Nutrition and Dietetics faculty are Christian educators whose professional expertise is utilized in all programs. Each faculty member is an experienced nutrition and dietetics professional who is committed to graduating individuals who are well prepared to enter the field of nutrition and dietetics. Faculty members are involved in many professional activities outside the department that contribute to the development of the profession or assist in international food and nutrition issues.
