LLU CEUs at Sea: Continuing Education for Health Care Professionals

Relax While You Learn

We will be sailing on the Splendour of the Seas with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, stopping at Venice, Italy; Dubrovnik, Croatia; Ephesus, Turkey; Santorini, Greece; and Corfu, Greece. We are providing 6 hours of optional CEU credit when we are at sea.

• Sunday, August 1 - Depart Venice, Italy, 5 p.m.
• Monday, August 2 - Dubrovnik, Croatia, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Tuesday, August 3 - Day at Sea; CEUs at 10 to Noon; 2 to 4 p.m. Formal Night.
• Wednesday, August 4 - Ephesus, Turkey, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Thursday, August 5 - Santorini, Greece, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Friday, August 6 - Corfu, Greece, 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. CEUs from 9 to 11 a.m.
• Saturday, August 7 - Day at Sea. Church services at 11 a.m. Formal Night.
• Sunday, August 8 - Arrive Venice, Italy, 5 p.m.

You will want to plan to fly to Venice, Italy a few days before we depart on Sunday, August 1, 2010. 

TO RESERVE YOUR CABIN

Booking Your Cabin

Beginning in September 2009, you can reserve your cabin. Many levels of cabins are available; however, the least expensive cabins do sell out faster so be sure to reserve your cabin early. A deposit can be placed at any time. Final payment will be due in April 25, 2010. You can book your cabin through AAA Travel. Be sure to speak with Sylvia.

To participate in the CEU event, participants MUST book their cruise through AAA Travel.

RATES
The exact cost per person is dependent on cabin category.

• Inside cabins will be in the range of $1075 (including taxes and port charges).
• Outside cabins will be in the range of $1575 (including taxes and port charges).
• Balcony will be in the range of $2175 (including taxes and port charges).
• 3rd/4th person - TBD each

Cruise Payments
A deposit is required to book your room. Final payment is due by April 25, 2010. Space is limited, so reserve your room now! Cruise deposits and payments can be made by credit card or personal check. To receive a full refund, you MUST cancel by April 25, 2010.

Group Rate
The rates for this cruise are based on group rates through Royal Caribbean and AAA Travel. The per-person price is the lowest group rate available; no additional fees are added on. The separate (optional) CEU price includes the expenses for planning a CEU event, such as materials and books, speakers, meeting rooms, projection system, etc. In order to be a part of the CEU program and the group event, you must arrange your travel through the group's travel agency. If you arrange your travel through another agency, you will be ineligible to attend the CEU courses.

Participation in Event

Participants MUST book cruise through AAA Travel in order to participate in this cruise event.

CEU Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs less than five days before the event, no refunds will be awarded. If the participant does not show up for the event, no refunds will be awarded. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be awarded.
