Once you have chosen an area of study, you may apply online. Check with departments for application deadline dates and application requirements including previous degree requirements. Please only apply for one program at a time. There is a $60.00 online application fee.

If you choose to transfer your application to another program, please request application transfer in writing. Email is ok. There is no application fee for transferring your information, but you must meet all the program requirements for that specific program to be eligible for admission.

For Medical Sonography and Radiation Therapy program observations, please have the facility that you observe at write a letter on their letterhead stating dates, hours and what Radiologic procedures you have observed. Letters maybe mailed to the department or brought in by the student.
