Welcome students and friends!
My name is Froylana Heredia-Miller and I currently serve as the Director of Field Education, the Program Director for the MS degrees in Gerontology and Criminal Justice, the Proposition 63 Coordinator, and as Assistant Professor.
I earned my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology/Administrative Studies from UC Riverside. I obtained my Master in Social Work degree from the University of Southern California School of Social Work and have worked as a clinician, consultant, administrator, field liaison, and teacher in a variety of private and public agency settings.
I began teaching in 1999 in the MSW program at Cal State San Bernardino and came to Loma Linda University in 2001. In addition to my administrative roles, I teach several courses in the department which includes Foundation Practice with Individuals, Human Behavior II, Human Behavior III and Advanced Integrative Practice. I continue to maintain my licensure status as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California.
