Financial Clearance Procedure

If you need to obtain financial clearance and cannot do so due to an outstanding balance on a previous or current quarter, please download the appropriate Financial Clearance form below, complete it, and email it as an attachment to dkrueger@llu.edu:

• Click here to download the Financial Clearance form for students in the Department of Social Work and Social Ecology.
• Click here to download the Financial Clearance form for students in the Departments of Counseling & Family Sciences and Psychology.

Completion instructions are listed on each form. Once you receive your SBH financial clearance via email, you must contact Student Finance by phone or in person to receive your final financial clearance.
