Program Information System

Annual Program Report - Due each fall
Every program needs to complete the Annual Program Report. This online tool enables users to respond to all of the report sections, and it will help programs to be able to track and analyze their data over time.

The report has been radically revamped. It is much shorter and will guide programs to track relevant information and data that will help them better prepare for full program review. Please note the following:

• Programs will be able to access read-only versions of their data entered into the old WASC standards and CFRs.
• Be sure to use the updated templates for the Curriculum Map and the Assessment Matrix.
• Be sure and select the year for which you are submitting data. The current default is 2010-2011. It is located just above the dropdown box of courses.

Online Syllabus - Due each term    
The Online Syllabus is designed to enhance student learning by having a standardized cover sheet for each course syllabus ensuring that students get consistent course information in every course. Please note the following:

• This tool has been newly improved. It will handle basic course syllabi; however, for more complex syllabi, it should be used as a cover sheet.
  
• Using the Online Syllabus helps to ensure that all students in all courses get basic information that enhances educational success.
• It also helps to make sure that all course syllabi have accurate legal information that is required for our students.

University SLO Report - Due each fal
All programs need to submit their Student Learning Outcomes assessment reports each year. Please note the following:

• This report--complete with data analysis and program changes--is due in September each year. 
• Be sure and select the year for which you are submitting data. The current default is 2010-2011. It is located just above the dropdown box of courses.
