Important Message to All Program Directors
Based on feedback received from program directors to make the annual report more useful to programs, the Annual Program Report is being radically revamped. In lieu of submitting a report for 2011-2012, all program directors will be asked to complete a survey on recommended changes for the report this fall. The link to this survey will be sent to each school's Assessment Specialist(s) to share with their program directors. The link will also be posted here.

Every program needs to complete the Annual Program Report. This online tool enables users to respond to all of the report sections, and it will help programs to be able to track and analyze their data over time.
To access this tool through the Legacy myLLU:
- Log in to myllu.llu.edu.
- Click on Legacy myLLU from the top menu bar.
- From Academic Resources in the top menu bar, select Program Information.
To access this tool through the new myLLU:
- Log in to myllu.llu.edu.
- Click on For Faculty from the top menu bar.
- From the box Academic Business in the middle of the page, click on Program Management. This will take you to the tool in the Legacy myLLU.

The Online Syllabus is designed to enhance student learning by having a standardized cover sheet for each course syllabus ensuring that students get consistent course information in every course. Please note the following:
- This tool will handle basic course syllabi; for more complex syllabi, it should be used as a cover sheet.
- Using the Online Syllabus helps to ensure that all students in all courses get basic information to enhance educational success.
- It also helps to make sure that all course syllabi have accurate legal information required for our students.
To access this tool through the Legacy myLLU:
- Log in to myllu.llu.edu.
- Click on Legacy myLLU from the top menu bar.
- From Academic Resources in the top menu bar, select Catalog Courses.
To access this tool through the new myLLU:
- Log in to myllu.llu.edu.
- Click on For Faculty from the top menu bar.
- From the box Academic Business, click on Course Management. This will take you to the tool in the Legacy myLLU.
