WASC Site Visit ScheduleReturn to top The WASC site team will meet with faculty, administrators, staff and students. One-on-one meetings, a reception and more are currently being scheduled. Everyone is encouraged to be on campus during this time.
Site Visit Schedule Below please find the latest version of the draft schedule for the WASC site visit.
Reception with the WASC Site Visit Team October 27, 5:45-6:45 p.m. (Student Pavilion) Meet and mingle in a festive atmosphere with WASC site team members and student and faculty leaders. Also learn how mission-focused learning has impacted the lives of students and faculty with a brief presentation at the end. (A generous spread of cheese and crackers, veggies, fruit, and even a chocolate fountain will be served.)
Exit Report & the School Evidence Room October 29, 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (Centennial Complex, Damazo Ampitheater) Of special importance for the entire campus body is the presentation of the Exit Report by the site team on its final day of the visit. The team will share its impression of the University and offer its commendations and recommendations.
Public Viewing of the School Evidence Room October 29, 12:00-1:00 p.m. (Centennial Complex, Room 4220) After the exit report, the School Evidence Room will be opened to the entire campus body. This room is dedicated to the demonstration of educational effectiveness by each school through multi-media displays. It is an opportunity for schools to shine and to learn more about each other. The evidence room for the Capacity and Preparatory Review (CPR) visit in 2008, as shown below, was a wonderful success.
