Spring '09

B.O.N.D. - May 15, 2009 from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. in the Collins Auditorium of the Drayson Center

Day of Prayer - May 16, 2009 in the Drayson Center

Chapel Experience - Each Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. the Loma Linda University community gathers for worship at University Church. The chapel experience continues with Lunch on the Lawn, sponsored by the Campus Chaplains office or Student Services several times during the quarter on the lawn outside of University Church. During the Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters on the first day of chapel students are given the opportunity to attend a ministry mall where they may sign up for mission trips, community service activities, as well as, find out what events are planned for the quarter by various clubs and organizations.

Faith & Film - This film series will take place every Thursday, April 9 - May 7, 2009 from 12-12:50 p.m. in Randall Visitors Center during Spring Quarter. Films shown during the lunch hour may be viewed in their entirety on Thursday nights from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.. The theme for the quarter is "Outsiders." We will view a variety of films and engage in discussions that take seriously the ways in which faith relates to issues of poverty, personal commitments, evangelism, social justice, theological beliefs, and more. Attending part of all of this series will provide credit for some religion classes, depending on the class. Lunch is provided. For more information, call (909) 558-8348 or campusministries@llu.edu.

Refresh! - This is a midweek worship for students consisting of prayer, praise, and testimony in Lindsay Hall each Thursday from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. This is open to residents in the dorms.  Begins April 16, 2009.

School Year 2009-2010

Late Friday Night - An after worship café held in the Drayson Center Student Union the last Friday of the month from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. during the school year. Attendees are treated to live music, scrumptious food and creative arts experience. 

Tri-Campus Retreat - Yosemite National Park serves as the setting for this annual retreat of Pacific Union College, La Sierra University and Loma Linda University students scheduled for January 15-18, 2010. Make plans to join us for this truly restful, inspiring, rejuvenating experience.
