Train with a group of two and save. Find someone at your basic fitness level and share a general group fitness session. The trainer will set you each up with a program designed to meet your goals and give you general fitness instruction. Each session is approximately 60 minutes.

Charles Rollins
Charles has 12 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients, ranging from post rehabilitation patients to trained athletes. He also has extensive experience with creating workout plans in conjunction with nutrition plans to help clients reach optimum results.

Lisa also holds national certificates in yoga, pilates, cycle, kwando, step, aqua, and chair aerobics. Lisa has 8 years of experience in training and teaching.

Janelle is currently working in the Department of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She has 6 years of experience in personal training.
Shonna Steppe
National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer
Shonna has four years of experience training a wide variety of clients and specializes in weight loss. She enjoys including balance and flexibility training in all her workout programs. Shonna has an athletic background including basketball, football, track, and gymnastics.
