The Living Whole Program provides resources and programs to help employees take care of themselves with the opportunity to access free innovative lifestyle programs.
Health Risk Assessments: Lifestyle questionnaire on topics such as stress, social support, fruit/vegetable intake, exercise and sleep are administered. Includes a full lipid profile, blood pressure and body composition screening. Employees receive an individualized report, group information session and home health guide.
Why Weight?: Personalized program to address healthy lifestyles and goal setting including a 3-day food analysis using software and body composition testing.
Step It Up!: 3 month pedometer program.
Relaxation Room: Gives employees a calm and soothing atmosphere to reduce stress during the work day. Conference rooms are converted into “serenity spaces” with mats, pillows, aroma therapy and chaplain services available.
Fruits of the Spirit: A quarterly program with wellness representatives providing fresh fruit, nuts and wellness recipes. Employee prayer requests are also solicited.
Living Whole Newsletter: Quarterly newsletter focused on spiritual, mental, nutritional and physical health.
The Better Understanding for Individuals Living with Diabetes: This program closely monitors employees with Type 2 Diabetes.
Breathe Program: One-on-one tobacco dependency treatment program.
Unstuck Program: Provides educational and cognitive support to employees with self-defined goals in a group atmosphere.
Recipe for Success: Web based program with healthy recipes.
