Loma Linda University Health provides internship and residency programs designed for individuals to gain experience and exposure in healthcare management. In order to develop individuals for leadership and future career opportunities, these programs combine hands-on training and work experience with professional development to create a pipeline of dedicated, competent, and service-minded leaders for Loma Linda University Health.

Seventh-day Adventist candidates entering their junior or senior year
GPA of 3.2 or higher
*Candidates who have graduated within 12 months of the start of the internship will also be considered
Wage $14.00/hourly- non benefit
If relocation is necessary, up to $500 reimbursement, with receipts
With relocation, housing allowance of up to $650
Management Residency Program This program is to provide on-the-job experience and exposure for recent graduates interested in a management career in the healthcare industry. Residents will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills while engaging in projects, job assignments, workshops, conference, and personal mentorship. Each resident will have the chance to contribute to projects in their general and track specific rotations. With the opportunity to familiarize with the overall operations of LLUH focusing on governance, administration, and decision making.
Length: 2 years
SDA candidates that have graduated within the last 12 months from an accredited institution with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
*Master's level students will also be considered
GPA of 3.2 or higher
Full time enrollment in an MBA program during the two-year residency.
Salary $41,841/ annually with full benefits
If relocation is necessary, up to $2,000 reimbursement, with receipts
