Management Residency Program
This program provides on-the-job experience for recent graduates desiring to pursue a career in healthcare administration and/or higher education. Residents will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills while engaging in projects, job assignments, workshops, conferences and personal mentorship. Each resident will have the chance to contribute to projects in their general and track specific rotations, as well as the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the overall operations of Loma Linda University Health.
Length: Two Years
Requirements: Candidates that have graduated within the last 12 months from an accredited institution with a Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, health care administration or related field. Master's level students will also be considered.
GPA of 3.2 or higher. Full-time enrollment in a Master's level program during two-year residency is encouraged.

Summer Business Internship
This program is designed for college students interested in exploring career paths in health care management. Interns will have the opportunity to work on assigned projects to gain valuable experience in the duties and responsibilities of management in various business departments.
Length: 12 Weeks
Requirements: Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Candidates who have graduated within 12 months from the internship start date will also be considered. Candidates do not have to be from a Seventh-day Adventist university or college, but must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
This is a paid internship with travel reimbursement and housing allowance available.
