For your Login ID, enter one of the following
- Student ID number
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- EID from your badge -- prefixed with an "e." For example, if the EID on your badge is 19081234, then enter e19081234.
- If you're an MD applicant, enter your AMCAS ID number
- If you're a DDS applicant, enter D + the last 8 digits of your AADSAS ID number.
- If you're an applicant to the International Dentist Program, enter N followed by the last 8 digits of your CAAPID ID number.
- If you're an SPH applicant, enter P + the last 8 digits of your SOPHAS ID number.
- If you're applying to the Physician Assistant program, enter C + the last 8 digits of your CASPA ID number.
- If you're applying to a DPT program, enter T + the last 8 digits of your PTCAS ID number.
- If you're applying to PharmD, enter R followed by the last 8 digits of your PharmCAS ID number.
If you've forgotten your 6-15 digit numeric PIN, enter your ID and press the [Forgot PIN?] button. It will give you your Security Question. If you enter the correct answer, you will be able to reset your PIN.
