Annual Appeal

Alumni Association Century Club

As chair of the Century Club of your Alumni Association, it is my privilege to work with School of Dentistry alumni to encourage support for our Alumni Association.
Our goal is to provide students, who apply now and in the future, the same opportunities we enjoyed while we were in dental school. These opportunities are not funded from tuition income, which does not even begin to cover the value-added programs of a quality education. It is with a real sense of optimism, and obligation really, that I invite you to join me again in supporting our Alumni Association so that collectively we can do what we cannot accomplish individually. Generosity of our alumni has been contagious. I’m encouraged! Businesses and corporations, as they seek worthwhile causes to support, will be motivated, too, as they see alumni commitment.
I realize that the primary reward for giving is our understanding of the good we collectively accomplish. Nevertheless, your Alumni Association has devised a new Century Club program that provides benefits with membership support of your Alumni Association. The options for Annual Fund giving include the following:

Unrestricted (DAACC) Preferred — This fund not only supports both Alumni Association operations and various School of Dentistry programs.
Student Dedication Service (DAASDS) — This fund underwrites the dedication service that provides a personalized Bible and white coat to first and last year dentistry and dental hygiene students.
Student Loan Fund (DAASLF) — This fund guarantees loans to LLUSD students at very competitive rates.
Student Mission Encounter (DAASME) — This fund supports student off-campus clinical experiences at both local areas and various locations throughout the world.
Dental Hygiene Annual Fund (DHAF) — This fund supports both the Bachelor of Arts and Associate Degree programs of the School’s Department of Dental Hygiene.

Century Club Membership Levels Please select from the Century Club chart to the right the membership level that is right for you. Students who add $100 to the amount on the chart will receive an invitation to the Dean’s Circle. A gift to any Alumni Association fund that meets or exceeds an annual contribution of $1,500 automatically qualifies for Century Club GOLD member benefits.

It’s easy to make your annual membership gift today using a check or a credit card. You may make your gift in one of the following ways:

Make out your check to Loma Linda University. Place the name or code of a fund above in the MEMO section of your check. Mail your gift (along with a completed gift form) to the Office of Development, School of Dentistry, 11092 Anderson Street, Loma Linda, California 92350.
Make a secure online donation at http://www.llu.edu/llu/gifts/onlinegiving.html.
Or, you may call the Office of Developement at (909) 558-4754 to process a credit card gift or to authorize an LLU payroll deduction.
