Biographical Synopsis

Sean S. Lee, DDS 

After receiving his dental education at the University of California, Los Angeles, thus far Dr. Lee has completed more than 60 research projects including many publications in the literature. An avid researcher, Dr. Lee has most recently focused his interest toward the areas of tooth whitening, oral malodor and dental materials. Sharing his research information regarding the specific usefulness and relative risks involved with certain dental materials is what he considers perhaps currently the most appreciated by the dental profession and the public.

As an educator, Dr. Lee expresses the same enthusiasm and excitement in sharing his expertise with students in the Tooth Morphology and Anatomy course. His aspiration is not only to instill in them the appropriate manual skills, but also the people skills so important in becoming a truly empathic dentist.

Consistency, diligence and integrity define his character traits readily acknowledged and appreciated by friends and coworkers alike.
