Participants Wanted for Study on Effectiveness of Two Tooth Whitening Systems
The Center for Dental Research of Loma Linda University School ofDentistry is conducting a clinical study to evaluate the effectiveness of two tooth whitening systems.
We are seeking persons of an age range of 18 to 70 years, who have all 6 upper front teeth. The study will require 4 visits during a 3-week period, with approximately 60 minutes at the first visit, and 30 minutes each at the second,third and final visits. Qualified individuals will receive tooth whitening product, toothpaste, toothbrush and oral examination at no cost. A modest monetary gift will be given upon the completion of the study.

Participants Wanted for Study on Effectiveness of A Nasal Spray Anesthetics for Tooth Cavity Filling Procedures
The Center for Dental Research of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry is conducting a clinical study to evaluate the effectiveness of anasal spray anesthetic for tooth cavity filling procedures.
We are seeking children of 3 to 17 years of age, who have an upper front tooth that needs to be restored. The study will require three visits during a one-week period, with approximately 1 hour at the first visit, up to 3 hours for the second visit, and 15 minutes for the third visit.

Participants Wanted for a Study on Dental Implants
The Center for Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry is conducting a research study to evaluate bone changes around dental implants.
We are seeking candidates with failing teeth on the lower jaw which require removal or candidates who have lost all their lower teeth and need replacement.
Candidates must be over 21 years of age, non-smokers and in absence of any uncontrolled medical condition. Study participation will last approximately one year. Qualified individuals will receive fixed implant option at about 50% of the treatment fees.

Participants Wanted for a Study on Dental Implants
The Center for Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry is conducting a research study to compare the bone and gum response around dental implants.
We are seeking individuals with failing upper front tooth (incisors or canine) that needs to be extracted and will be replaced with single implant-crown assembly.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, and are not a smoker, pregnant, HIV+ (positive), or have an uncontrollable diabetic condition. This is a 1-year study and the qualified individuals will receive a fee reduction on the implant treatment.
