Office of Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs facilitates an educational experience that is effective and satisfying for the students. Personnel function as student advocates, acting as a liaison between students and administration and implementing school policies in a supportive manner. The office also creates group interaction between students and professional organizations such as ADEA, ASDA, and CDA. 

We are available to assist students with issues such as:

• Academic review and assistance
• Financial counseling and assistance
• Personal counseling and consultations
• Registration assistance
• Disability accommodations
• Substance abuse resourcing

We are also responsible for:

• Scholarships and loan assistance
• Practice opportunities
• Class accounts management
• Dental student association memberships
• Senior check-out process
• Leave of absence/illness of students
• New student orientation
• Code of ethics implementation
• Student surveys
