Office of Student Affairs

The Office for Student Affairs works to assure the school of dentistry years are the best possible experience academically, personally, and spiritually for our students as they are trained in their dental careers.  We serve as student advocates, serving as a liaison between students and administration, communicating school policies programs in a supportive manner.

It is our goal to nurture our students in a way that builds a foundation for continued growth beyond the school of dentistry as they work in service for others.

We are available to assist with:

• Registration 
• Orientation
• Professional ethics and standards
• Academic processes 
• Personal and academic counseling
• Substance abuse
• Illness and other leaves of absence
• Disability accommodations
• Financial counseling and assistance programs including: 
  • scholarships, loans and loan repayment programs.
• Student leadership
• Membership and representation in professional organizations (i.e. ADEA; ASDA; CDA)
• Student and school activities and functions
• Practice opportunites/placement services
