Centralized Applications

Some programs use central application services. If you are interested in applying to any of the following programs, please click on the degree for the correct process:

  • DDS - Doctor of Dental Surgery
    Thank you for your interest in the DDS program at LLU School of Dentistry (LLUSD). The application process is as follows:
    1. Apply online to the American Association of Dental Schools Application Service (AADSAS) at www.adea.org between June 1 and December 1
    2. After your AADSAS application is received by LLUSD, a supplemental application invitation will be emailed to you
    3. Based on the review of a completed supplemental application, DAT scores, transcripts, and recommendations, you may be invited to LLUSD for a personal interview
  • Post-DDS professional certificate programs in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics, and Prosthodontics

  • DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy (entry level and progression programs)
    Thank you for your interest in the DPT (entry level or progression) program at LLU School of Allied Health Professions (SAHP). The application process is as follows:
    1. Apply online to the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS) at www.ptcas.org between August 1 to November 1
    2. After your PTCAS application is received by SAHP, a supplemental application invitation will be emailed to you
    3. Based on the review of a completed supplemental application, transcripts, and recommendations, you may be invited to SAHP for an interview
  • IDP – International Dentist Program
    Thank you for your interest in the IDP program at LLU School of Dentistry (LLUSD). The application process is as follows:
    1. Apply online to the ADEA Centralized Application for Advanced Placement for International Dentists (CAAPID) at www.adea.org between June and February
    2. After your CAAPID application is received by LLUSD, a supplemental application invitation will be emailed to you
    3. Based on the review of a completed supplemental application, DAT scores, transcripts, and recommendations, you may be invited to LLUSD for a personal interview
  • MD - Doctor of Medicine
    Thank you for your interest in the MD program at LLU School of Medicine (LLUSM). The application process is as follows:
    1. Apply online to the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) at www.aamc.org by November 1
    2. After your AMCAS application is received by LLUSM, a supplemental application invitation will be emailed to you
    3. Based on the review of a completed supplemental application, MCAT scores, transcripts, and recommendations, you may be invited to LLUSM for a personal interview
  • MPA - Masters of Physician Assistant
    Thank you for your interest in the MPA program at LLU School of Allied Health Professions (SAHP). The application process is as follows:
    1. Apply online via the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA) program at www.caspaonline.org between June 1 to December 1
    2. After your CASPA application is received by SAHP, a supplemental application invitation will be emailed to you
    3. Based on the review of a completed supplemental application, patient care hours, transcripts, and recommendations, you may be invited to SAHP for an interview
  • PharmD - Doctor of Pharmacy
    Thank you for your interest in the PharmD program at LLU School of Pharmacy (LLUSP). The application process is as follows:
    1. Apply online to the AACP Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS) at www.pharmcas.org by November 2
    2. After your PharmCAS application is received by LLUSP, a supplemental application invitation will be emailed to you
    3. Based on the review of a completed supplemental application, transcripts, and recommendations, you may be invited to LLUSP for an interview
  • School of Public Health Degrees
    Thank you for your interest in the programs in the LLU School of Public Health (LLUSPH). The application process is as follows:
    1. Apply online to the Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) at www.sophas.org by the deadline specified by your program of interest
    2. After your SOPHAS application is received by LLUSPH, a supplemental application invitation will be emailed to you
    3. Based on the review of a completed supplemental application, transcripts, GRE or GMAT scores, and recommendations, you may be invited to LLUSPH for an interview
