Profile Plus
The Profile Plus program offers comprehensive health evaluations provided by a multi-disciplinary health team. The evaluations are based on age and hereditary factors. They include, as needed, a medical history and physical, sigmoidoscopy, hearing, vision, and glaucoma screening, pulmonary function test, treadmill test, blood test, body composition, and nutrition evaluation. A follow-up visit is scheduled one-to-two weeks after the initial evaluation to review test results and discuss guidelines and recommendations to decrease health risks and increase healthy lifestyle choices.
