Alumni/friends: $55
Entry fee includes green fees, golf cart, continental breakfast, and raffle prizes. In an effort to reduce the expenses and increase participation, no golf balls will be provided, no luncheon will be served, and no trophies will be awarded this year.
Registration must be completed by January 10, 2008.

Following a light continental breakfast, there will be a shotgun start to allow all participants to finish around the same time. This will be followed by a raffle of dental-related prizes. The raffle is for dentists and students only and participants must be present to win. The field is limited to the first 60 golfers registered for the tournament.
The Yucaipa Valley Golf Club requires all golfers to wear appropriate golf attire consisting of collared shirts, no halter or bare-midriff style tops, and golf or flat-soled shoes.
