Department of endodontics holds all-day retreat

Staff, residents, and faculty participated in the first department of endodontics retreat on Monday, December 16, 2002, at the Mission Inn, in Riverside.

The all-day event provided an opportunity for members of the department to begin a concentrated effort of strategic planning.

The 26 participants broke up into three groups and developed proposals which were then discussed by the entire group.

Having set aside a full day for the business of strategic planning, and conducting this business away from the School, proved very conducive in making progress on this important issue. In addition, time was devoted to update department members on the latest HIPAA requirements.

Along with serious attention to department business, everyone also enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch.
