Dentalgram January 2002 Strategic Planning update The Strategic Planning update column is a new feature in Dentalgram. This is the second column—last month’s column featured the School motto, vision, goals, and mission, and described the work of the communication task force made up of representatives from students, faculty, and staff. This month’s update: Dr. William Loveless is heading the charge for developing a training handbook for members of the Strategic Planning Committee to use in explaining the process of strategic planning to departments and sections of the School. The goal of the Committee is to help each department and section learn how to accomplish their individual goals, not to set those goals for them or tell them what to do.
