Strategic Planning

This month’s update:
Strategic planning for the summer quarter will include the following activities:

The Strategic Planning Committee will hold an Annual review session “retreat” in August to update and modify the strategic plan. A review session will be held in July to evaluate the School goals and make recommended changes that will be presented at the August retreat.

A strategic planning information seminar for staff is being planned for July. This will be an opportunity to learn of and participate in strategic planning training, and integrated action plans.
