Now you can keep all your lifelines!

Do you need crucial information you know appeared in a University publication such as Dentalgram, LLU DENTISTRY, or SCOPE? Don't ask the audience, don't phone a friend, or whatever you do, don't use 50/50. Just follow these three easy steps and hit a jackpot of answers.

1. Log on to the LLUMC web page.
2. Under the welcome, there is a News & Events search bar.

Enter key words such as the title of the article, names, dates, or specific events and click "Search." (Example: Fall Family Retreat 2003)

Using the following will help narrow down your results:

• First and last names
• Titles or degrees (Dr., PhD, etc.)

3. Articles containing the word(s) in your search will appear and can be grouped by location if you happen to know which publication your article appeared in. Links to the articles appear at the top of each entry and should link directly to the issue in which the article appeared or to the article itself. This allows you to copy and paste the needed information directly onto your document!

So next time you need crucial information for a grant you're applying for, a report you're compiling, or for a paper with a pressing deadline, don't waste lifelines! Instead, use this simple technique to get the answers you need when you need them, 24 hours a day!
