School of Dentistry senior banquet honors Class of 2001 The senior banquet honoring the class of 2001 was held Wednesday, May 23, in Riverside’s historic Mission Inn.   Members of the graduating class were honored during the senior banquet, held Wednesday, May 23. The event was held at Riverside’s historic Mission Inn. Carlos Moretta, SD’01, served as emcee. During the evening, the following awards were presented—Chancellor’s Award: Jack R. Kavanagh; Alumni Association: Shawn P. Pesh; National Association of Seventh-day Adventist Dentists: Shawn P. Rusk; Omicron Kappa Upsilon: Jeremy H. Burden, Samuel A. Demirdji, Brian J. Hanratty, Mark A. Honce, Eunice J. Hong, Philip D. Jo, Sooho Joe, Jin-Hyuk Kim, Michael R. Knoll, Kenneth W. Krauss, and Holly H. Nguyen; Academy of General Dentistry: Shawn P. Pesh; Alpha Omega Scholarship: Samuel A. Demirdji; Wilfred A. Nation Award: Robert R. Wells; M. Webster Prince Award: Philip D. Jo.
