Dr. Philip Boyne and Dr. Alan Herford recently attended the 4th International Implantology Conference in Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Boyne spoke on rhBMPs use in the maxillofacial region and Dr. Herford spoke about using distraction osteogenesis to reconstruct alveolar defects prior to implant placement.
