All ceramic crown (cap) study
A clinical evaluation of Empress Crown(s)

Study purpose: The School of Dentistry is currently recruiting approximately 60 adult subjects for a dental research study designed to evaluate a new type of esthetic (appearance) crown (cap) for single teeth. The crown is made of a tooth-colored ceramic material, and is more natural looking in appearance than other types of crowns.

Study duration: After the crown is cemented you would be asked to return for a follow-up appointment at 1, 6, 12, 24, and 36 months.

Study criteria: We are looking for individuals who need a crown (new or replacement). We can use a maximum of 2 crowns (per subject). If you qualify there will be no out-of-pocket expense to you for participating (after applicable insurance is billed). If you are interested in participating, please contact Alisa for more information between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday at (909) 558-1000, extension 83542, or (909) 558-0656.
