Program accepts
class of December 2003
Alexander Antipov is from Moscow, Russia, and and
completed the dental program at Moscow State Medical/ Dental University
in Moscow, Russia, in 2000. After graduation he worked as a dental surgery
assistant at an oral & maxillofacial surgery private practice.
Su Kyong Chang is from Seoul, Korea, and completed the dental program
at Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea, in 1994. She completed an
internship at Samsung Medical Center, Chongnoku, Seoul, Korea, in 1994;
and a fellowship at Samsung Medical Center in February, 1999.
Ajay Dhankhar is from Rohtak, India, and completed the dental program
at SSN Institute of Dental Sciences in Hassan, Ka India, in 1998. He then
spent a one-year rotating internship in seven dental specialty departments
in a hospital. From 1998 until 2000, he was in private dental practice.
Farshin Farokhian is from Iran and completed the dental program
at Azad University in Tehran, Iran, in 1999. After graduation, he worked
in private practice in Washington State in clinic management, and has
done research in orthodontics.
Hussam Gharraph is from Oklahoma and completed the dental program
at the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine in Cairo. Egypt, in 1999. After
graduation, he worked as a dental assistant at Batrawy Clinic, Fl and
Alayly Clinic in the dental laboratory.
Rui Li is from China and completed the dental program at the School
of Stomatology, Bejing Medical University, in Bejing, China, in 1987.
From 1987 to 1990, Dr. Li worked in the department of pedodontics, School
of Stomatology, Beijing Medical University as a graduate student and teaching
assistant. From 1990 to 1996, Dr. Li was a PhD student and worked as a
research assistant in the department of biochemistry, University of Helsinki,
and then served as a research fellow, Massachusetts General Hospital,
and Harvard Medical School.
Laura Mego is from Lima Peru and completed the dental program at
San Martin de Porres University School of Dentistry, Lima Peru, in 1999.
In 1999, she practiced general dentistry in Lima, Peru, and then began
volunteering with North Perris Family Dentistry in Perris, California.
Mariya Murdzheva is from Sofia, Bulgaria, and completed the dental
program at Higher Medical Institute in 2000. Dr. Murdzheva then practiced
dentistry in a private practice and studied in the Oklahoma City University
Master’s in business administration program in health administration.
