Yarimel Perez, D3, awarded HALL scholarship on October 20

Yarimel Perez, D3, was one of 16 students to receive a HALL Scholarship during the HALL banquet, held October 20, in the Wong Kerlee International Conference Center.

Sixteen students received $1,000 scholarships during the Hispanic alumni of Loma Linda University banquet. Students honored were Frankis G. Almaguel, SM; Margarete de Macedo Carneiro, SAHP; Yaritza Croussett, SAHP; Karen De la Cruz, SM; Rebecca Duran, SPH; Eric Farias, SAHP; Zurisadai Franco, SM; Ada Garcia, SM; Mercedes Garcia, SM; Ana Gomez, SM; Esther Hernandez, SN; Xochitl Perez, GS; Yarimel Perez from the School of Dentistry; Hugo Rojas, GS; Saska Sookra, SM; and Olivia Tapia, SN.
