Christmas & New Year Holiday Schedules

Christmas Day, 2003, and New Year’s Day, 2004, are on Thursdays, thus the Fridays following each holiday will for the most part be “no work” days: The predoctoral clinics will be closed while residency clinics and faculty clinics may be open for patients. Likewise, non-clinic areas may or may not be open for business; they will be optional workdays meaning that employees may (a) take the day off without pay; (b) use paid leave bank; (c) work, at the discretion of their supervisors.

The Wednesday preceding each holiday is considered a “Friday schedule” day.

Thanksgiving donations

For many years your donations have helped our dental school families in need!

We are seeking cash and/or check donations, which in turn will be presented in the form of both cash and grocery store certificates to those in need. All of your donations will be processed through gift records, and you will receive a donation receipt

Donations of any amount are greatly welcomed and appreciated! Please bring donations to Mary Hartwell’s office, rm. 2299, main clinic no later than Wednesday, November 19.
