LLUSD dental hygiene student abstract published in Journal of the California Dental Association Dental hygiene students Heather Mihalka and Paul Mendiola won first place in the table clinic competition (dental hygiene) held by the California Dental Association. Their mentor was James D. Kettering, PhD. The title of their study is "A Survey of Disinfection Protocols of Waterlines in Private Dental Practices." Winners of the table clinic competition received a certificate and cash award.
