Students on the Move Class of 2002 performs well on NB Part I Silver Award winners from the dentistry Class of 2002. They scored at or above the 90th percentile on National Boards Part 1. The class of 2002 can breathe a sigh of relief now that national board scores have come in. Participating in the National Board Part I examination given on July 10, 2000, were 87 students who as a class scored above the national mean. Eighteen students received scores in the 90th percentile or above, and are eligible to receive the School of Dentistry Silver Award for Academic Excellence. As a part of this award, the fee for the National Board Part II examination next December will be paid by the School, and they will receive a plaque at the Awards Chapel in May 2001. In addition, a press release will be sent to notify their hometown newspapers. Congratulations to the Class of 2002 for your excellent performance!
