Seeking patients for
Dental Implant Training Course

Loma Linda University School of Dentistry is conducting a special implant training course. We are recruiting patients that are missing one or two teeth only.

Each participant who qualifies for the training program will receive all the surgical and restorative aspects of the dental implant treatment at 50% off the customary and usual fee.

The following is an example of how the discount will be applied:

Customary fee for the dental implant	$1032.00	Training course fee $516.00
Customary fee for the dental implant crown	$1032.00	Training course fee $516.00

However, all non-related additional treatment deemed necessary, will be provided at usual and customary fees for the Center for Implant Dentistry.

Prospective patients will be evaluated on Tuesday, September 23, 2003, and Tuesday, September 30, 2003 from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. The screening appointment will be $20.00, which includes a panoramic radiograph.
