Alumni pledge more than $140,000 to Annual Fund

Members of the class of 1978 learn about the Annual Fund projects and plans for the 2001 Alumni Student Convention from their classmate, Doyle Nick, SD'78; PG'94, associate professor, restorative dentistry.

Alumni pledged more than $144,000 to the 2000–2001 Annual Fund campaign as the result of phonathon efforts during the fall of 2000. Projects to benefit from these gifts include student clerkships, personalized Bibles and lab coats for the students, the building campaign for the new addition to Prince Hall, a loan reimbursement program for new faculty, and Alumni Association activities.
