Program length and number of positions This is a 24-month program commencing July 1. Three or four new positions will be offered each year.
Program type The program is university. However, Loma Linda University Children's Hospital and the Loma Linda Medical Center are on the same campus. We offer a master's degree or certificate option.

Description The program provides advanced training in all phases of pediatric dentistry with an emphasis on hospital and clinical skills. Upon completion of the program, the student receives a certificate and/or master's degree in pediatric dentistry and meets eligibility requirements for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry examination.
Curriculum The resident is involved in the treatment of well children and medically or psychologically compromised patients including, but not limited to children with hematologic/oncologic diseases, disabilities, and craniofacial anomalies. They participate in general anesthesia, emergency room, and pediatric medical rotations, regular clinical care, pre-doctoral instruction, and research.
Program stipend and tuition First-year and second-year stipend is currently not available. Tuition for two years is to be determined.
