Drayson Center intramural free-agent player sign-up form

Please include me in the intramural program. I would like to sign up and be placed on a team. I am a member of the Drayson Center. I understand that there must be at least four (4) teams in order to form the league. If I am selected to play on a team, I will be notified by the captain of that team. I will then register for that team at Drayson Center and pay my portion of the team league fee to the captain of that team. There will be no refunds once the leagues begin.

NOTE: All participants must be current members of Drayson Center. Non-members may purchase a special intramural membership for $25 per sport. This membership will only allow entrance on the night of the sport for the duration of the league.
