Train with a group of two and save. Find someone at your basic fitness level and share a general group fitness session. The trainer will set you each up with a program designed to meet your goals and give you general fitness instruction. Each session is approximately 60 minutes.

Michelle has three years of experience training a wide variety of clients. She enjoys training athletes, senior citizens, women, and children. Michelle has experience with cycling, yoga, water-aerobics, and kick-boxing.

Shonna has four years of experience training a wide variety of clients and specializes in weight loss. She enjoys including balance and flexibility training in all her workout programs. Shonna has an athletic background including basketball, football, track, and gymnastics.
Step 1: Download the PDF forms (application and medical clearance if required - 506K) to be completed prior to your appointment. If you are taking any medications, have had any surgeries, are in any pain, or have any doubts regarding your ability to start or increase exercise, obtain clearance by your physician.
Step 2: Make financial arrangements, which must be completed prior to your appointment. You may pay by cash, check, or charge at the Wellness Office. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday. You may also pay by credit card via the Internet.
Step 3: Make your appointment. Once payment and applications have been received and reviewed, you may make an appointment over the phone by calling (909) 558-8690, or stop by in person to the Wellness Office. You must schedule two or more business days in advance of your session (example: call Monday for a Wednesday appointment, or Thursday for a Sunday/Monday appointment).
Step 4: Meet your trainer at the Drayson Center service desk or personal training office.
