The legal names of our corporate entities are:
Exempt status
Loma Linda University, Loma Linda University Medical Center and Loma Linda University Children's Hospital Foundation are nonprofit, tax exempt organizations as defined in Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts to these entities qualify as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
In accordance with the Internal Revenue Code, these organizations are not private foundations.
