About the Faculty of Graduate Studies
Through Loma Linda University's Faculty of Graduate Studies, bright and ambitious students can secure academia's highest degrees. Organized as the Graduate School in 1954, the Faculty of Graduate Studies offers advanced curricula in anatomy, biochemistry, biology, dentistry, family life education, marriage and family therapy, microbiology, nursing, paleontology, pharmacology, physiology, psychology, social work, and speech-language pathology. These programs offer various degree options including master's and doctoral degrees.
The Faculty of Graduate Studies collaborates with the Schools of Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, and Public Health in offering students curricula in the medical sciences of anatomy, biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacology, physiology, and other disciplines, which can lead to master of science or doctor of philosophy degrees.
