Research

Following the approval of an academic advisor and research professor, students interested in field research may register for ENVS 497 (Undergraduate Research) and gain training and experience in one of the three concentration areas offered by the undergraduate Environmental Sciences program.

Under supervision of a research professor, students will develop a project within the context of environmental conservation, health, or sustainability in an effort to find new solutions to environmental problems.

Students will have the opportunity to conduct research with highly-qualified faculty and at exceptional field research and teaching sites, including:

Bahamas Death Valley
Grand Canyon Honduras
Fiji Utah
Wyoming Peru
