Responsibilities: Reported to the Graduate School dean and was administratively and fiscally responsible for the Department of Psychology. This included two Clinical doctoral programs, Psy.D. and Ph.D., and one Experimental program, a MA and Ph.D. degree. The department had 10 core faculty, approximately 20 adjunct faculty, and over 120 doctoral students. During role as chair, worked with the Director of Clinical Training to lead the department through the initial and successful APA accreditation of both clinical programs. In conjunction with California State University of San Bernardino assisted with the development of a joint experimental doctoral program which was at the level of upper administrative approval by both institutions.
