Student mail services

We want to be sure you and your mail have a smooth transition to campus life. Below are important guidelines regarding student mail services. Please read them carefully.

The mail center is located at Loma Linda University Medical Center, room A733. Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The telephone number is (909) 558-4046 or extension 44046.

Students receive University-related and interdepartmental mail through their student boxes located at the school in which they are enrolled.

All U.S. mail should be specifically addressed as follows:

Name of student
Student box number
School in which student is enrolled
Loma Linda University
Loma Linda, CA 92350-0001

All interdepartmental mail should be specifically addressed as follows:

Name of student
Student box number
School/location on campus of school
i.e., School of Dentistry/Prince Hall

Personal mail should be sent to your residence address. If you live on campus, it should be specifically addressed as follows:

Name of student
Student box number
Residence Hall (Lindsay or Daniells)

The mail service has 12 different routes which include over 400 stops. It is, therefore, important that complete delivery addresses are carefully included. The telephone directory distributed by the University relations office is the best source for on-campus addresses.

Please note that the 92350 zip code is a unique zip code assigned just to Loma Linda University. If you have any questions regarding the mail service, please call the mail center at extension 44046.
