Oral History
Seventh-day Adventist archivists are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of the use of tape-recorded interviews and the recording of important historical events. This method, known as oral history, is important in that history comes alive for the listener.
The collection contains a number of oral history tapes and manuscripts of Loma Linda University and denominational leaders. A sampling includes: Ernest Lloyd, Harry Miller, C. Burton Clark, and some of the close relatives of Ellen White such as Arthur White, Grace Jacques, Ethel May White Currow, Ella May Robinson, and Mabel Workman.
