Citing edocuments

Complete citations to documents found on the Internet contain these elements:

Author: Often located at the bottom or top of the web document or web page. The author may be an individual or an institution.
Title: Often located at the top of the web document or web page.
Date: Often located at the bottom of the web site.
URL/Internet Address: Located in the browser's address line.
Access Date: The date the information was retrieved.
