The Internal Medicine Interest Group is dedicated to introducing the specialty of internal medicine and its many sub specialties to medical students in their preclinical years. IMIG provides opportunities for career exploration, research involvement, and faculty introductions early on in medical school. In addition, the group facilitates student involvement in the American College of Physicians, the physician society for internal medicine and the largest physician group for any specialty.
