your company's personnel office to see if your company has such a program.

on an agreed-upon payment schedule.

Planned gifts
Charitable gift annuities, pooled income fund gifts, charitable

and avoid taxes on your capital gains. For more information on planned
gifts, please contact the director of planned giving at (909) 558-4553
or (800) 558-6298.
Real estate
Gifts of real estate can be made directly to the School of Nursing,
transferred to the University in a bargain sale, or used to fund a gift
annuity or a unitrust. You can also contribute real estate to the School
of Nursing and reserve the right to occupy the property during your lifetime.
Each plan has its own tax and income benefits. For more information on
gifts of real estate, please contact the director of planned giving at
(909) 558-4553 or (800) 558-6298.
Life insurance
Designating the School of Nursing as an irrevocable beneficiary of a paid-up
policy or a new policy helps the School of Nursing's Centennial Endowment
and provides you with a tax deduction.
