You are now on the fourth floor

This is the top floor of the Library building and, like the first floor, is primarily stack area. The main library collections are held primarily on the first and fourth floors. This floor holds the P to Z classifications of the Library of Congress, including the W classes, a special classification devised by the NLM (National Library of Medicine) to co-locate materials in the health sciences. The nursing collection is classed in the WY section.

The fourth floor also houses individual study rooms and Library administrative offices. The study rooms are available to graduate students only and may be reserved at the Circulation desk on a quarterly basis.

As you step off the elevator, the Library director's office is to your right.
