Welcome - The faculty and staff of the coordinated programs in Nutrition and Dietetics would like to thank you for considering Loma Linda University as you pursue your educational goals in nutrition and dietetics.
The program offers educational opportunities in Dietetic Technology at the associate's degree level and Registered Dietitian (RD) programs at the bachelor’s degree level, at the MS degree program in Nutrition and Dietetics, and at the MPH degree level in Public Health Nutrition.
The bachelor's and master's degree programs lead to eligibility to write the Registration Examination for programs that lead to eligibility to write the Registration Examination for dietitians to become a Registered Dietitian.
We also offer a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Care Management. This degree program is for established registered dietitians entering leadership positions in the profession.
Our professional programs ladder into Loma Linda University School of Public Health programs leading to Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition, and Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Nutrition degrees.
Nutrition and Dietetics faculty are Christian educators whose professional expertise is utilized in all programs. Each faculty member is an experienced nutrition and dietetics professional who is committed to graduating individuals who are well prepared to enter the field of nutrition and dietetics. Faculty members are involved in many professional activities outside the department that contribute to the development of the profession or assist in international food and nutrition issues.
